For watch accessories, delivery to Canada and the US is usually 1–2 days with the appropriate service; standard shipping can take longer. Other international deliveries usually take 1–2 weeks. These are estimates, not guarantees. Apparel and phone cases are made to order and ship separately from watch accessories. Their current standard-delivery estimates are 4–10 business days for the US and 12–35 business days for Canada and most other international destinations. Items must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
