RETURNS & EXCHANGES

IF customer requires a return please use the contact form for any problems with merchandise within 24 hours of receiving product. Items must be in their original packaging, in as-new condition. In as-new condition is defined as unused, undamaged (beyond what is noted if exchanging due to factory defect). We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the merchandise does not meet the criteria. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs incurred while sending merchandise back for exchange.

  4. Your reason to return

  5. A photograph demonstrating the defect or the damaged area of the item.
