To request a return or report an issue, please contact us within 48 hours after receiving the product using our contact form.

Items must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet these conditions.

For a damaged, defective or incorrect item, email shop@sundstones.com with your order number, name and email used at checkout, reason for the request and a clear photo of the issue.
